At Inchmarlo I am not allowed to go into the kitchen or the dining room when Home Owners and Residents are eating. This however doesn’t mean that I’m not interested in what the kitchen does or that they’re not interested in me. Frequently Head Chef Colin will give Daddy a foil container with some of the leftover food for me. Here is a photograph of some of the kitchen staff who prepare the meals.
One of the favourite dishes which is on the menu regularly at Inchmarlo is the lamb stew from Paul Bocuse, who is the 3 Star Michelin Chef at Lyon, and I absolutely adore it! A short time ago they had Smoked Haddock with Cream Sauce from Paul Bocuse on the menu and Colin put some of the smoked haddock (without the sauce) in a container for Daddy to take home, which I had underneath my usual meal. It was so, so tasty. I can understand why the Residents love it.
